The thinking behind Pete Sharma Associates is simple. We believe that language teaching is most effective when it offers a blend of 'face-to-face' along with technology-enhanced support. We also believe that language teachers need hands-on guidance and practical experience in using the hardware now available, and software such as wikis, blogs and presentation tools.
We offer made to measure course programmes to suit your needs, which provide training in the use of both hardware and software. These are delivered either by a team of specialist trainers, or via our network of associates using our own specially-produced materials. Our courses are tailored to specific client requirements and can follow a blended model, or may be wholly face-to-face. These are run in language schools, colleges and universities worldwide. PSA works in close collaboration with major hardware and software developers and publishers.
We also run PSA Weekends at a training facility in Stratford upon Avon. These consist of a pre-course task followed by two days of technology training, during which participants have the opportunity to network with fellow professionals and explore issues surrounding the use of technology in EFL. Everyone also has the opportunity to use a range of equipment, including video and interactive whiteboards.
